What does insider trading tell me as an investor? |
Any reported activity of corporate insiders (buying or selling the company’s stock) usually indicates that something is changing in the company’s market, changing within the company itself, or changing within the company’s products and services. It may also indicate whether the price of the shares is too high or low, depending on whether the management is buying or selling its own shares. You may also want to pay special attention to when corporate insiders buy their company’s shares.
