What else affects the price of a stock?

Because stocks are traded in a market (where buyers and sellers meet), market price is determined by how many shares are available to buy, how many buyers are willing to pay, and at what price. Because of the demand or lack of demand for a particular stock at a particular moment during the day, the price may change.
