Why else should I use a human broker instead of an online broker?

Some experts maintain that if you are uncomfortable creating a portfolio and selecting different investment vehicles, and occasionally require proper investment guidance, you should seriously consider using a brick–and-mortar type institution instead of an online brokerage firm. But some experts caution that if your broker calls you to sell you a product (i.e., “Buy this hot stock now”), it is best to steer clear and identify another broker.
