To date, what computer has the top speed in operations per second?

The TOP500 project ranks and details the 500 most powerful known computer systems in the world, an idea that began in 1993. The results are published twice a year: the first coinciding with the International Supercomputing Conference in June, the second in November at the ACM/IEEE Supercomputing Conference. The following chart lists the top ten as of November 2011:

In actuality, the fastest computer in the world is the human brain, an amazing computing device with the best processor. To compare, the fastest computers measure speed in trillions of operations per second, but scientists speculate the brain can handle 10 quadrillion operations per second. The actual numbers are probably even higher than that.
