Under Chapter 13, where my debt has been reorganized, and I am now paying off a portion of what I owed, how do I actually make the payments?

The filer doesn’t actually make the payment. The filer writes one check per month to the court, and the court then pays each of the creditors, according to the pre-approved plan.
