Surviving Financial Crises

Bankruptcy

When I select a bankruptcy attorney, whom should I avoid?

You should avoid any attorney who offers or advertises a “too good to be true” price. You also may want to avoid attorneys who only send their assistants to meet with you. If you call the attorney, and cannot get a return phone call, it is best to consider someone else. Find an attorney who is recommended or referred, and one that only specializes in personal bankruptcy.
