Selling Your House

Why are neutral colors so important when selling a house?

You want to give buyers the least number of reasons to dislike your house. So if you really loved your red-walled kitchen, it’s time to paint it white or beige, so that people do not use the color of the room as a reason to not buy the house. Also, neutral colors allow buyers the ability to see how big the house is, how spacious the space is, and allows them to imagine living in the house.
