Yes, Calvin and Grace Coolidge had two sons: John and Calvin Coolidge Jr. John, who lived into his nineties, graduated from his father’s alma mater, Amherst College, and became a successful businessman. He worked as a railway executive and later owned a printing company. The other son, Calvin Jr., died from a toe infection after playing tennis with his older brother. Calvin Jr. died at age sixteen in 1924, when his father was president.
