Did he have any children?

Yes, John and Jackie Kennedy had two sons and a daughter. Caroline Kennedy, born in 1957, graduated from Radcliffe and then Columbia Law School. She has co-authored two well-received legal books with Ellen Alderman entitled In Our Defense: The Bill of Rights in Action (1991) and The Right to Privacy (1995). She expressed interest in the U.S. Senate vacancy created after Hillary Clinton made her run for the 2008 Democratic presidential nomination. She later withdrew for undisclosed personal reasons.

John F. Kennedy Jr., born in 1960, graduated from Brown University and New York University Law School. He worked as a prosecutor in the office of the Manhattan district attorney and later started his own magazine, George. He died in a plane crash in 1999.

The third child was Patrick, who died only two days after his birth in 1963.
