What acts were passed during Lincoln’s tenure that provided a boon for railways?

Congress passed and Lincoln signed the Pacific Railway Acts of 1862 and 1864. These acts provided federal assistance to the Union Pacific and Central Pacific Railroads to build a transcontinental railroad from Missouri to the Pacific Ocean.
