What famous battle did Taylor win during the Second Seminole War?

Taylor led troops into battle during the Second Seminole War at the Battle of Okeechobee on Christmas day 1837 against a group of Seminole Indians. Taylor had superior numbers than Indian chief Billy Bowlegs. Both sides declared victory, though the U.S. forces suffered more casualties. Taylor received another promotion to brigadier general for bravery during this conflict. He was given command of all U.S. troops in Florida.
