What other jobs did Jackson have in his legal career?

He served as a prosecutor for the western district of North Carolina (what would become the state of Tennessee) and then later as a judge on the Tennessee Superior Court from December 1798 until July 1804. He left the court to focus on his life as a planter and merchant.
