Who were Adams’s U. S. Supreme Court appointees?

Adams appointed Robert Trimble to the U.S. Supreme Court as his lone appointment. Trimble was a federal district court judge from Kentucky at the time of his appointment. He replaced Thomas Todd on the Court. Todd was also from Kentucky and historians believe that Henry Clay convinced Adams to nominate another person from his home state to replace Todd.
