What are the only mammals that cannot jump?

It might not be surprising to learn that neither the rhinoceros nor the elephant can jump, since their enormous weight makes the feat difficult. However, the third mammal that cannot jump is the pronghorn sheep, which was called an “antelope” in the famous song “Home on the Range.” The pronghorn sheep’s inability to jump has been a particular disadvantage in its North American home, where fences have prevented populations from migrating and hindered the pronghorn’s ability to find mates and breed.
