This recipe is beautiful with blood oranges, but if you can’t find them, regular oranges work just fine. We juice the oranges whole with the skin. If you do this, use only organic. The combination of oranges, turmeric, and cayenne make this beverage an anti-inflammatory, immuneboosting, and mood-enhancing cocktail. Move over mimosa!
4 small to medium blood oranges
1 (2-inch) chunk turmeric, or 1 teaspoon dried
1 (1-inch) chunk ginger
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 liter sparkling water
few drops
Juice oranges, turmeric, and ginger. Stir in cayenne. Add sparkling water
