This is the perfect summer lemonade—it is a favorite across the board. Blueberries give this drink a mega antioxidant boost, and lavender makes it extra soothing. In addition to being super healthy, don’t be afraid to use it as a cocktail mixer!
3 cups boiling water
2 cups lavender flowers
3 cups cold water
2 cups lemon juice
1 cup agave, honey, or maple syrup (can be made unsweetened)
1 cup blueberries, muddled
Pour boiling water over lavender flowers and allow to steep for 10 minutes.
Strain out lavender. Mix lavender water with cold water, lemon juice, and sweetener to make lavender lemonade. To serve, add approximately 2 tablespoons muddled blueberries per 8-ounce glass. Top with ice. Pour in lavender lemonade. Serve with a glass straw.
