Melon Refresher

The best description of this juice is— super fresh! Light, refreshing, and packed full of antioxidants and vitamins, this juice is delicious. It is especially tasty in the summer when melons are at their best. Melons digest very quickly so it is important to consume this juice on an empty stomach or it could cause gas and bloating.

  • 1⁄2 honeydew melon, peeled, seeded, and cubed
  • 1⁄2 cup green grapes
  • 1⁄2 cucumber
  • 1⁄2 large handful parsley
  • Process all ingredients through juicer.
