Minty Melon

Melons are one of the most hydrating fruits. They are

high in electrolytes and enzymes which makes this a great post-workout drink. Papaya contains the enzyme papain, which is very beneficial to digestion, as is mint. The combination is refreshing, hydrating, and soothing.

  • 1⁄4 fresh large papaya, peeled, seeded, and cubed
  • 1⁄2 fresh cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cubed
  • 1 lemon
  • 1⁄4 cup mint leaves
  • Process all ingredients through juicer.
