Raspberry Rhapsody

The flavor of raspberries and pineapple is one of our favorites—sweet, tangy, and delicious. The combination is full of vitamin C and antioxidants. It is enhanced with ginger for additional digestive fire.

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 11⁄2 cups water, coconut water, or nut milk of choice
  • 1 (1-inch) chunk ginger, peeled
  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
