Rose is naturally soothing to the digestion and to the spirit. It is rich in antioxidants, and when combined with aloe, it makes a very elegant beverage to aid in digestion and skin health.
Gently stir rose petals into the water and add lemon and honey, if using. Allow to brew for at least 5 minutes then chill in the refrigerator. You can drink this mixture as a warm tea if you would like. Once tea is chilled, strain rose petals. Add sparkling water and aloe juice and stir. Garnish each serving with brewed rose petals.
