Blend all ingredients until smooth. Strain milk through a fine sieve or nutmilk
bag.

Vanilla nut milk is the one thing out of this book that we make absolutely every day (or every other day). It is our favorite homemade kitchen staple. We like it with Brazil nuts the best, but try experimenting with almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, and pecans. This milk is good with just about anything.
