Are all tumors found in the prostate malignant?

No, benign prostatic hyperplasia is a condition an abnormal growth of benign (non-cancerous, nonmalignant) cells in the prostate. Its most characteristic symptom is a reduced flow of urine. Most changes in the prostate are not cancer.
