Since lymphatic tissue is found throughout the body, Hodgkin’s disease can start almost anywhere in the body. The most common sites for Hodgkin’s disease to begin are the lymph nodes in the chest, in the neck, or under the arms. It travels through the lymph from one lymph node to another.
