The Bible and Archaeology

Are there Bible museums?

Yes. There are many kinds of Bible museums. Bible Walk, a museum in Ohio, features seventy life-size wax dioramas depicting scenes from the Bible. The Museum of Biblical Art (MOBIA) in New York City features art from ancient to modern times, all of which is inspired by the Bible. The Museum of Biblical History in Tennessee features replicas of biblical artifacts, including the Mesha Stele and the Taylor Prism. Both the Dunham Bible Museum in Texas and the Living Word National Bible Museum in Missouri have vast collections of rare Bibles and manuscripts, all of which help tell the story of how the Bible has changed over the centuries.
