Why did Saul and Barnabas leave Antioch?

They left because the Holy Spirit told them to leave. After leaving Antioch, Saul and Barnabas sailed to Cyprus, an island about one hundred miles away in the Mediterranean Sea. From there, they sailed to Pamphylia, which was in the southern part of what is modern-day Turkey, and visited the other Antioch further inland.
