No one knows if dinosaurs urinated, as the soft internal parts to indicate such an activity do not readily fossilize. But it is probably safe to assume they did, if modern reptiles and birds are similar to their ancient cousins. In fact, they may have excreted a solid form of urea, or guano, similar to modern birds and reptiles.
