One of the most interesting things about changing our behavior is that just by the act alone of monitoring our behavior, seeing our budget, seeing how the decisions we make on a daily basis affects our budget, we begin to see a decrease in our spending. Our attention to it already begins to alter the way that we think about money, and paves the way for many great, positive changes up ahead.
