Will the Affordable Care Act deal with annual limits that insurance companies impose?

Yes, the Act will restrict how insurance companies establish these limits, and what the limits will be. Before the Act, if you reached your maximum benefits, you would either have to pay out of pocket for the expenses, or not receive any treatment, depending on the limits set by the insurance company.
