Yes, Wilson had three daughters by his first marriage. They were Margaret, Jessie, and Eleanor. Margaret Woodrow Wilson was a talented singer who later worked in the advertising business. Jessie Woodrow Wilson married Francis B. Sayre, who later became a Harvard law professor. She was active in the League of Women Voters. His youngest daughter, Eleanor Randolph Wilson, married her father’s secretary of the treasury, William G. McAdoo Jr., in 1914 in a wedding held at the White House. She later wrote a book entitled The Woodrow Wilsons (1937).
