What are some of the worst floods in history caused by inclement weather?

Not all lethal floods in recorded history have been caused by bad weather. For example, seawall failures in the Netherlands have, on several occasions, caused tragic floods that killed thousands. The table below, though, lists some of the worst weather-related floods in history.
