Although all of the recipes in this book are beneficial to weight loss, this is the one that we can call the FAT BURNER. Green tea is famous for its fat burning effect, as is citrus fruit. The sweetener isn’t necessary, but the honey really makes this drink delicious.
1 green tea bag
1 cup boiling water or warm nut milk of choice (page 83)
1⁄2 tablespoon honey or stevia
Juice of 1 grapefruit
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lime
Brew green tea with water and honey for 1–2 minutes depending on the strength you prefer. Stir in citrus juices. Serve warm, or cold on ice.
