What was his first job in Washington, D.C.?

Nixon took a job with the Office of Price Administration in December 1941 in Washington, D.C. While he took a cut in pay, he felt that D.C. was the place to be to further his political ambitions. He did not enjoy life as a bureaucrat with the OPA.
