TITLE FULL & PARTIAL REFUNDS
We have added a new feature to process full and partial title refunds.
Steps:
- Dashboard >> Go to Users section >> Select Storefront >> Search user’s email address in search box >> Click on User’s Name
- In Profile page, Click on Title refund >> Select the title name which needs to be refunded
- Click on Refund
- Change the refund amount in case of partial refund >> Click on Refund
WEB SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Added a new option to cancel the web subscription and process subscription refund
Steps :
- Dashboard >> Go to Users section >> Select Storefront >> Search user’s email address in search box >> Click on User’s name
- In Profile page, Go to Subscription details section >> Click on Cancel Subscription
- On pop-up box, select cancellation required date and refund option ( refund is require or not )
DE-REGISTER DEVICES FROM APP
Added a new feature to Deregister device from an app
Steps :
- Dashboard >> Go to Users section >> Select Storefront >> Search user’s email address in search box >> Click on user’s Name
- In Profile page, go to Device details section >> Click on deregister button to deregister devices
ADDING USER FROM DASHBOARD
Now we can also add user account from Dashboard by providing First name, Last name, Email address and Password
Steps :
- Dashboard >> Go to Users section >> Select Storefront >> Click on Add New User
- Enter First Name, Last name, Email address and Password >> Click on Save
ADDING AND REMOVING TITLES FROM LIBRARY
We also added a new option to add or remove titles from user’s Library
Steps :
- Go to Users section >> Select Storefront >> Search user’s email address in search box
- REMOVE : Go to Library section >> Click on Library Icon >> Click on Remove button >> Save
- ADD : In Search Bar at the top, Enter title name >> Select the Title >> Save
